Acceptable Use Policy

Customers must use BBM hosting services lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner that does not negatively affect BBM, its infrastructure, other customers, or third parties.

Customers are responsible for all content, applications, scripts, files, emails, and activities operated through their hosting account.

The following activities are prohibited:

Spam and Abuse

• Unsolicited bulk email
• Spam campaigns
• Email abuse
• Unwanted mass messaging
• Use of hosting services for reputation-damaging campaigns

Phishing and Fraud

• Phishing websites
• Fake login pages
• Credential harvesting
• Financial scams
• Identity theft
• Fraudulent transactions
• Deceptive websites or services

Malware and Malicious Code

• Malware distribution
• Viruses
• Trojans
• Ransomware
• Spyware
• Malicious scripts
• Botnets
• Files or applications designed to compromise systems

Hacking and Unauthorized Access

• Unauthorized access to systems
• Brute-force attacks
• Credential attacks
• Exploitation of vulnerabilities
• Port scanning intended for unauthorized access
• Hosting tools or infrastructure for malicious attacks

Network Attacks

• DDoS attacks
• Denial-of-service activity
• Traffic intended to disrupt systems or networks
• Participation in coordinated attacks

Illegal Activities

Hosting must not be used to facilitate or conduct activities prohibited under applicable law.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Abuse

Customers must not use BBM infrastructure to knowingly host or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Adult and Gambling Content

Hosting accounts must not be used for prohibited adult/pornographic content or gambling-related services.

Cryptocurrency Mining

Cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive mining operations are prohibited on shared hosting infrastructure.

Proxy, VPN and Similar Services

Operating public proxies, VPN services, anonymization infrastructure, or similar high-resource network services is prohibited unless expressly authorized by BBM.

Torrent and Unauthorized File Sharing

Hosting or operating torrent trackers, unauthorized file-sharing platforms, or infrastructure primarily intended for unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material is prohibited.

Shared hosting is designed for normal website and business use.

Customers must not consume resources in a manner that negatively impacts server stability or other customers.

Excessive use of CPU, RAM, processes, storage, inodes, bandwidth, email resources, database resources, or other server resources may be treated as resource abuse.

Depending on the nature and seriousness of a violation, BBM may take one or more of the following actions:

1. Issue a warning;
2. Request corrective action;
3. Temporarily restrict the affected service;
4. Suspend the hosting account;
5. Terminate the hosting service.

Customers whose services are suspended or terminated due to serious or confirmed violations of this AUP will not be eligible for a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee.

BBM may investigate suspected violations and may take reasonable measures to protect its infrastructure, customers, and third parties.

Where legally required, information may be provided to appropriate authorities.

Customers are responsible for securing their websites, applications, scripts, plugins, passwords, databases, and other software running on their hosting account.

Customers should regularly update software and maintain independent backups of important information.

BBM may update this AUP when services, infrastructure, security requirements, laws, or industry practices change.
